Shipping
Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS (most often 3-5) for us to create your item(s) PLUS shipping time via USPS.
Please note that these time frames do not include weekends and/or holidays.
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail USPS. We will send you an email as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking information.
Exchanges / Returns
We have a 14 days Return / Exchange Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that because we create each item just for you when you place your order, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense. The exception to this is if you receive a damaged item, please email us photos that clearly show the issue at: bloomingj.official@gmail.com.
To start a return or exchange, simply contact us at bloomingj.official@gmail.com
Once we receive your Return or Exchange, you will be issued a Full Refund (for returns), or we will begin creating your Exchange Item. Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
